The Interviewer Ranking feature is designed to empower organizations to prepare and coach their interviewers more effectively by leveraging advanced AI tools. This feature connects to your applicant tracking system (ATS), specifically Lever, to analyze and score interview feedback.
Step 1: Connect to Your Applicant Tracking System
Step 2: On the left-side of your Dashboard click the dropdown beside âAppsâ and click âInterviewer Rankingâ.
Step 3: Define Feedback Expectations
Step 3.1: Elect Feedback Types: As Lever admins and talent experts, identify the types of feedback you expect from your interviewers. This can be done by checking boxes next to predefined feedback types in the system. The following feedback types are utilized in our tools:
Behavioral Feedback
Evidence-based Feedback
Radically Candid Feedback
Value-based Feedback
Step 3.2: Add Interview Feedback Philosophy: Utilize the free response text box to articulate your organization's philosophy towards interview feedback. This can be as broad or detailed as necessary, tailored to your company's standards and values and click âCraft Philosophy". This will trigger the system's AI will use this information to create a unique scoring rubric
Step 4: Choose how frequently you want the system to synchronize and analyze feedback from Lever. Options include once, daily, twice a day, or weekly. It's recommended to opt for weekly synchronization to monitor performance trends over time.
Step 5: Click on the "Analyze Feedback Quality" button. The system will then review all interviewer feedback submitted in the past few months, comparing it against the AI-generated rubric to score its quality.
Step 6: Review Interviewer Rankings
Access Rankings: Post-analysis, a stack ranking of interviewers within your Lever instance will be displayed. This ranking is based on their average feedback score, with the best performers at the top.
2. Investigate Details: For insights into specific scores, Click âScore Detailsâ.
You can check an interviewer's score details. This includes raw data and a summary that offers both tactical coaching advice and a data-driven performance history.
3. Performance Trends and Insights:
Click âInterviewer Summaryâ to understand this interviewerâs performance.
The interviewer summary provides a graphical representation of performance trends, accompanied by narrative insights.
These insights can be directly communicated to interviewers to guide improvements in providing high-quality feedback. Additionally by clicking âCraft Interviewer Feedbackâ
This triggers the AI system to analyze all existing data of that individual interviewer and generate personalized feedback.
If you wish to understand how scores are determined, you can view the detailed rubrics by clicking on the "View Rubrics" button.
The Interviewer Ranking feature is a powerful tool for enhancing the quality of interview feedback within your organization. By systematically analyzing feedback against a set of AI-generated rubrics, it provides clear insights into interviewer performance. This not only helps in identifying areas of improvement but also in recognizing and reinforcing effective interviewing practices.
