Applicant Ranking

This feature automates the review of applications based on candidate responses and ranks them using a customizable rubric.

How it Works:

  1. Import candidate responses from Application Questions (e.g., from Lever).

  2. Use the Rubric Creation feature to build a custom evaluation framework.

  3. The system scores each response using the rubric.

  4. Candidates are ranked, and the top 10% are tagged within your ATS.
